Health Careers Week
For the seventh year, the Delaware County Workforce Investment Board sponsored career awareness events in Health Care and Applied Engineering throughout November. Aimed at showcasing the wide range of rewarding careers available in health care for 6th to 12th graders, all county public, private and parochial schools
were invited, in fact, more than 1000 students participated.
Events included Health Career and Job Fair, Health Care Hero Award, High School Career Fair and Middle School Presentations. Feedback from the events was overwhelmingly positive!
