The Delaware County CareerLink® can help you get your job search on track with on-site career assessments. We’ll help you determine how marketable you are and what you have to “sell yourself” to employers.
Individual appointments for career guidance, vocational assessment, employment planning, resume review and mock interviews are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our staff are experienced, qualified individuals who are highly invested in providing guidance to participants who are navigating career pathways and the job market. WorkKeys®, a job skills assessment system, is available to participants upon request. It measures "real world" workplace skills that employers believe are critical to success on the job. Scores may lead to earning a National Career Readiness Certificate. Participation in WorkKeys® is supported via information sessions, staff guidance and access to the KeyTrain® online learning system. This allows participants to pre-qualify and build skills before taking WorkKeys®. WorkKeys® has been developed by ACT™, an international leader in educational assessment.
