Hot Projects

The Delaware County WIB is dedicated to providing cutting edge solutions to workforce issues. All of our activities are guided by the WIB's recently developed strategic plan (in Adobe PDF). The plan emphasizes the following:

• Improve the quality and performance of all job matching, job training, education and workforce-related services.
• Link employers and job seekers through the services of two professionally staffed Career Centers
• Support growing industry sectors as well as support retention of jobs in the County
• Enhance the skills of job seekers and workers at all levels to insure continued economic growth in the County.
