The PA CareerLink Job Order System
Many businesses start the recruitment process by registering in the PACareerLink system (https://www.cwds.state.pa.us), where you can create a personalized folder and list all of your job openings. You can then run job matches to identify qualified candidates that meet your requirements.
You may also contact one of our PA CareerLink offices to speak with a job order specialist who can help you set up your account, enter your openings and find matches.
