Committees

The System Performance Committee is responsible for the development of the standards and criteria for Delaware County's workforce investment system. It conducts the analysis necessary to negotiate the performance standards for Delaware County, designs and oversees customer satisfaction measures and develops policies and criteria for inclusion in CareerLink Memoranda of Understanding, Individual Training Accounts, Requests for Proposals and other appropriate documentation. The System Performance Committee also evaluates, oversees and monitors the performance of the Delaware County workforce investment system and makes recommendations of appropriate continuous improvement strategies.

• Customer Satisfaction Measurement System for CareerLink Centers
• Setting Program Standards for WIA Adult and Youth Programs
• Performance Management Program for CareerLink Centers
