Q: In the Scope of Work, Staffing portion, under Career Advisor (p.9), there are two acronyms used that do not have their full meanings listed: IFR and DST. What do they mean?
A: IFR is Individual Funding Request Form. DST is Direct Service Team Meeting.

Community Action Agency of Delaware County’s Allied Health Youth Program (AHYP) provides a career pathway opportunity for out-of-school youth, ages 17-24. Youth are provided training and hands on experience through on-site classes and clinical partnerships in a medical setting. Youth can obtain two national certifications through this program: Clinical Medical Assistant and Customer Services. This program provides out-of-school youth with astructured and supportive environment to pursue their educational and career goals. The overall goal ofthis program is to provide program participants with intensive, culturally relevant services that assistthem in discovering and pursuing career pathways, education, and training in in-demand fields that willsignificantly improve their socio-economic trajectory.
