Delaware County's OJT program opens new opportunities for job seekers and provides incentives to local employers to train and retain employees for skilled positions. Jobs available depend on current employer needs and are therefore subject to change at any given time, but there are generally opportunities in energy, healthcare and advanced manufacturing industries.

Delaware County Community College (DCCC) has grant money available for Veterans that are unemployed or under-employed and want to upgrade their skills to prepare them for a high-priority, high-demand occupation.
